It's been along time since I created this blog. Too busy putting the progarmme to achieve 2010 goals. I went through all my actions to improve company's performance, such as lean manufacturing, environment improvement, kanban, visual control, root cause analysis, etc . We, as a team, put together all the actions and today, I believe we have a very good systems. But still, we failed sometimes. I wonder what is a problem? I am trying digging all possibility and I come to a conclusion: our systems won't work very well if the people who execute it do not have right attitude. So, this year, my target is to improve my employee's attitude to certain level, step by step. It's hard work but it's worth to try it.
